This was a vital start to my day as an ecologist, providing me with the sustenance needed for my nature explorations in the surrounding lush landscapes. The ambiance of the restaurant during breakfast hours was serene and inviting, setting the perfect tone for indulging in dishes that highlighted the region's flavors.The proximity of the property to Coco Beach, just 1.4 km away, made it convenient for me to retreat to the hotel after a day of discovery and unwind with a pleasant meal. The daily breakfast service, whether buffet-style or à la carte, ensured that my gastronomic preferences were met, preparing me for another day of eco-adventures in the biodiversity-rich surroundings of El Ocotal.
